Our people

Eighteen staff, fourteen of them full-time, average length of service nine years. These are the six you are most likely to deal with.

Rosalind Fenn Managing Director Third generation. Took over from her father in 2011 and made the decision to stand stallions again after a fourteen-year gap.

Declan Moore Stud Manager Twenty-two years at Fenmarsh, and the person who sees every foal born. Came over from Kildare in 2004 and never left.

Harriet Vaux Nominations Handles every booking and every share. If you have emailed the stud about a covering, you have emailed Harriet.

Tom Ardleigh Sales & Bloodstock Selects the yearlings, preps them, and stands with them at Park Paddocks. Also buys for four private clients.

Niamh Crowley Head of Foaling Runs the foaling barn from January to May. Has foaled down more than nine hundred mares.

Peter Lasko Yearling Manager Responsible for the pre-sales programme and the walking ring. Twelve years with the stud.

Working here

We take two students every year

Fenmarsh runs a paid twelve-month placement covering the full cycle — foaling, covering season, prep and sales. Accommodation on site, and a written reference from Declan at the end of it whether you stay or not.

Applications open each September for the following January.
